Welcome to CuPet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CuPet app and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using CuPet, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use CuPet. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone number and login secure. Don't impersonate others or create accounts for anyone but yourself and your own pet.

3. Acceptable use

CuPet has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or misleading content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or their pets.
• Use CuPet for spam, advertising, scams, or any commercial solicitation we have not authorized.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use CuPet for any illegal activity, including the unlawful sale of animals.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant CuPet a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

5. Safety & meetups

CuPet helps owners connect, but we do not conduct background checks. You are responsible for your own safety and your pet's safety when arranging or attending meetups. Always use good judgment and meet in safe, public places.

6. Moderation & termination

You can report any pet, profile, or message and block any user directly in the app. A blocked user is removed from your experience immediately and can no longer contact you. We review reported content and remove objectionable content and suspend or terminate offending accounts, typically within 24 hours. You may stop using CuPet and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find matches or that other users will behave appropriately.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuPet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users or their pets.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use of CuPet means you accept the changes.
